Bring your expertise as Traffic Control Person !
Requirement:
- BCCSA approved Traffic Control Person Certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience (preferred)
- Must have Occupational First Aid Level 3 (OFA3)
- Ability to effectively communicate with drivers and operators
- Motivated to keep traffic smooth and pedestrians safe
- Personal transportation to commute to site
Responsibilities:
- Directing drivers, pedestrians, and workers to safe routes around road construction sites
- Assist in accessing and exiting work sites and reporting to questions
- Assist with set up and maintenance of project signage and barricades including daily barricade reports
- Protect workers by keeping work space free of traffic and warning them of approaching hazards
- Setting up and providing traffic control specifications
- Reviewing traffic management plans
- Training other site workers about traffic and equipment safety
- Performing other related duties as required

Salary: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour (Including 12% vacation pay, travel allowance and benefits) *Salary will be determine based on experience and during the in-person interview*
